SYNOPSIS

Gets the ArchiveStorage objects representing the children of a given live storage configuration.

SYNTAX

Get-VmsArchiveStorage [-Storage] <Storage> [[-Name] <String>] [<CommonParameters>]

DESCRIPTION

Gets the ArchiveStorage objects representing the children of a given live storage configuration.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Requires VMS connection and will attempt to connect automatically

EXAMPLES

EXAMPLE 1

Get-VmsRecordingServer -Name 'Recorder 1' | Get-VmsStorage -Name Primary | Get-VmsArchiveStorage

Gets all archive storage configurations associated with the live storage configuration named 'Primary', on the recording server named 'Recorder 1'.

EXAMPLE 2

$camera | Get-VmsStorage | Get-VmsArchiveStorage | Sort-Object RetainMinutes -Descending |Select-Object -First 1

Gets the oldest archive path associated with $camera.
